Jill was amazing to work with. Her knowledge and reliability blew me away. Although there were some hiccups with parts she kept me informed and even had me in tears with her humor. I went in there being anxious due to other experiences I’ve had with dealership service departments being less than pleasurable, but Jill’s attention to detail, patience, and full transparency put me at ease. I can’t begin to express how impressed I was with my experience. Thank you Jill!
We had a awesome experience. buying from Country Hyundaiat Northampton. It was almost at the end of the day at Friday. Mr JB made us feel welcomed and took his time to help us on the process of buying our new car. Also, the sales manager Frank was great. We recommend them
