What an incredible experience! Carla and her staff treated me like family. Sami in customer relations and the "runner" Mike were beyond amazing! I needed help and this team was there for me. BUYER BEWARE! Dishonest, disrespectful and unprofessional dealer. Don't waste your time. Gave us the runaround on a pre-owned Hyundai. Pressured to buy immediately or else. Changed price and then availability the following day. Would not honor agreement to purchase. Did not return phone calls or respond to emails. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Can you say lack of communication! No one takes accountability or follow through. Forget about getting a call back. Started off as one of the best buying experience and ended up being one of the worst. Scott our salesman was great...everyone else not so much. I asked multiple managers the status of getting my vehicle, I was disrespected by a manager and had to wait multiple days to find out. A shame that the experience turned out unpleasant (and we bought 2 vehicles that day). Will not be returning!

I had been referred to Roddriick by my best friends daughter because she said he was very nice and he would help me get into a certified pre-owned vehicle. Well not only did he get me into the vehicle (2020 Hyundai Santa Fe), he was nice, courteous and professional. He also showed me some of the features.
