I just bought a new vehicle (another so/so experience here) and came in for mud flap installation. I was nice as pie (as usual) but was greeted with a rude attendant who had unnecessary attitude through our entire interaction. On top of that, the dealership refuses to acknowledge that my oil service interval for my car is 6000 miles and will only change my oil at 7500 miles +/- 1000. Nope, I will be listening to Hyundai's owners manual and changing mine at 5000-6000 at another dealership. I will not be back here.
I had a wonderful experience.Purchasing the car was a very simple transaction.from the internet price quote to picking up my new Santa fe.Everyone one in the sales department at the dealership pitches in to help each other.
Quick service, friendly staff, good price. Not too happy with having to type an answer in this survey, especially having to add this to hit the 25 word minimum. Makes it much less likely I will fill it out again. Ditto with raising people.
Everyone is so kind at this Hyundai. I was greeted when I entered, the staff was thorough and clear with what was going to happen during the appointment, and I was getting updates on my car throughout the day.
Customer service was great! From booking the appointment to my arrival and picking up my car, everyone was super nice and helpful from beginning to end.
Very frustrating experience with Rodd. I felt he just wanted to close the sale and once that was done, he was done. I forgot my registration in my trade in and requested he mail it to me as I live an hour away. He said yes but then did not follow through. He told me he would call me the next day to see how I was doing with my new car and he didn’t. When I called back the next week to see if my new registration was ready I was told yes. Pretty poor overall experience. Sales staff very unprofessional, paperwork issues, poorly dressed / put together, do not have a spare key, do not have registration or inspection 3 weeks later.. offered me a car wash as a sorry
Natalie is awesome! Very personable and efficient. I appreciate her superb service. In the sales department I was mislead when they said they would not hard hit my credit. Guess what? They did!...
