I just recently purchased an 08 Infiniti from this dealership and i was extremely pleased with the experience. For starters, the sales associates were very pleasant and did not make me feel uncomfortable or pressured by any means. I was able to purchase the exact car that i was interested in and the process went smoothly. This is my 2nd new car purchase at Country and although I checked into Lia and Thompson, in the future I will never go anywhere else but Country. It would be a waste of time. This dealership has to be one of the best in the COUNTRY at customer satisfaction. And it doesn't stop after the sale. Every dept., finance, service, etc., make you feel special. saw the 2008 infiniti M45x on line and started the buying process with dan by phone. since i needed to travel 325 mi. to pick up the car i needed a detailed and accurate description.other than a few minor descripincies the vehicle was described pretty well. when we arrived back home in pa. we discovered some defective switches but the vehicle is still under factory warrentee so they are of no concern. the only thing i did find troubling is the new battery than country nissan installed. the battery is undersize for this vehic... read more

I've gone to Country Nissan on RT 9 in Hadley, MA twice and both times they have treated me and my car very nicely. First time I was doing a brake job at home and had a hard time getting the rear rotors off the hub due to upstate NY rust. I gave them the aftermarket parts (rotors and Hawk performance pads) and asked them to install. No complaints from their service adviser with this request.
