They were easy to work with and responsive. I feel I got a reasonable deal without a lot of hassle. In the short time I've had the Nissan Frontier I've been pleased with its drive-ability and comfort. My last truck was a Tacoma--I think this truck is as good or better.

Chris is the best! He was so professional and honest right from the start. My husband and myself work with the public and we would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I didn't think I was going to be able to get the car of my dreams and they were able to make my dreams come true. On monday 5-2-11 my wifes car had broken down on the highway in deerfield ma. She called me and then called AAA auto. Not knowing any nissan dealerships in the area I told her when the tow comes to ask the driver to tow it to the nearest nissan dealer, which was COUNTRY NISSAN in hadley ma. The staff was attentive. Answered or obtained the answers to my questions. Made a fair offer for my business without being too aggressive. Worked very hard to locate a vehicle that met my specifics. Closing was timely an all the options that I was entitled to were explained.

Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. My interests and concerns were taken into consideration right away and I was only showed what I could afford. Unfortanately, the dealership was very busy when I was purchasing, so the loan agreement process took much longer than I had hoped. However, the staff was very accommodating while we waited. Overall, the experience was positive.

I had a great experience. I test drove two vehicles and ended up going home with my 2011 Versa. There eas no pressure and the sales representative answered all of my questions. My sales representative contacted me a few days later to see If I had any issues.

The salesperson and the Finance person that I worked with during the process were excellent. I came to the dealership at 1pm and left with a new vehicle by 6pm, financing complete. The negotiation process was not stressful and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I drove 45 away from other Nissan dealerships based on the advertising and customer comments on the web site as well as the selection of vehicles I was looking for. It was worth the trip.

Friendly service, nice people...I didn't feel like I was just another idiot walking through the door...I was very well taken care of. The finacing process took a bit long, but I think that's par for the course. Car was cleaned and serviced as promised...will be back again! Thanks!
