Bad experience This was the second time I brought my Nissan in for service, I have only 9400 miles on it. Brought it in for oil change and inspection. After an hour and a half they came and told me I needed new windshield wipes for inspection or they would have to put rejection sticker on it!!! 9400 miles on car and needs new wipers? Told them to put it on, because I wouldn’t be coming back to them again, $40 . First visit was just as bad! Won’t be going back again

THEY STOLE $500 FROM US!!! If I could rate his dealer at 0 stars, I would have. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle here but they would not refund our $500 deposit. They completely stole $500 from us and would not refund it at all. I would never tell anyone to do business and will never step foot back in this dealer again. This was absolutely the worst car dealer experience I have ever had.

I recently called the dealership and spoke with Jason and told him I would like to come and see a car posted on their website, he assured me it was on the lot. When I arrived he told me the price posted on their website was not accurate as the car had not been certified by Nissan and then it would be more money. He then tried to show me two other cars. In hopes to buy out my lease, your salesman Brandon did everything in his power to convince me that wasn’t ideal. This should’ve been my first sign to walk out, but I didn’t. I got put into a 2020 Rogue Sport with way less features than my other Rogue had, and my payments were only $50 less than my lease. According to your General Salesman Robbie, I didn’t fight it. I went to accompany my sister in her quest to buy a car for cash. We found Mr. Carreto to be rude and unpleasant. Buying for cash, no financing was needed and he was told from the outset that we didn't need any other (pay for) options. Yet he went through them anyway and seemed to get angry when my sister turned him down. This type of browbeating is uncalled for and unprofessional....even predatory! Shame on you! Had to wait an extra hour for this crap......I will never use Country Nissan again, and suggest you don't either!

Lousy! Every time I go there it's and extremely long time for an oil change and tire rotation. They have also given me misleading information on brakes on my vehicle and my wife's as well. The have also given me false information on shock absorber condition stating they needed replacement and they were fine and brakes that supposedly needed to be replaced when later measured with a caliper showed the pads to be 60 to 75 percent to the good. $ not as advertised $ Poor communication between salesman, sales manager, financial advisor. Bottom line is not the same from anyone after waiting hour's. Didn't even have the car I was looking for but still wanted to sell me one.

I feel like I had to be in "buyer beware" mode there was only 1 key to vehicle, I asked about the other one, was told "we didn't discuss that", I am unhappy. it cost me $311 to have a duplicate key made! I had asked that Country Nissan at least share the cost 50% with me, they refused. Also, there was a small tear under the rear bumper, and they did not have that fixed as promised, so when the dealer delivered the vehicle, it still needs repair. Very frustrating Experience I was contacted by Country Nissan when looking to purchase a Leaf. The emailing back and forth for initial contact was one of the most frustrating experiences in quite some time. The "internet specialist" Rose couldn't seem to keep track of the conversation or even be bothered to read the email chain up to that point when replying.
