Service was completed quickly and the personnel were courteous.
Service itself was fine. Service rep was helpful. My problem is that when I bought car from Grubbs I was sold a service agreement that was said to include air filters, brakes and fluid changes. After 3 services and multiple conversation with records lost finally said that I had purchased an oil and tire rotation only. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. Friendly, helpful, responsive!!
Charli is an upgrade to the Service Dept. She is very efficient and involved me every step of the way, while my car was being serviced. The quality of care/service this year compared to last year is quite an improvement. Acura quality and care has moved back up to 1st place. They surpass other dealerships!
