Great experience. Everyone was pleasant and professional....no "used car salesman" approach, and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Grubbs Acura of Tulsa as a great place to buy a car!
Went for two problems. One they couldn't fix. The other wanted 400.00 to fix(door lock). Charged me for diagnostics test for each(189.00/per). Was not happy. They took 100.00 off the bill. Basically got a $350.00 car wash. Never got an invoice. I complained on their website. Sent me back an email saying thanks for the input. Nothing else. Pitiful. One star was the lowest I could go. Won't be back.
Salesman jerked me around and lied about the deal we were involved in
Had a problem with parts and had to reschedule.
I had to wait for a while for them to get my loaner car. There were some issues that I feel like they should have checked before I got there because I needed to get to work on time.
