My car returned home with a large oil leak that it did not have prior to my having the oil changed, and since I immediately went out of town I have not been able to take it back to them to make it right. Additionally, their price for an oil change seemed very high since it was almost double what I had seen them advertise on a mailer I had received just a week earlier.
Our loaner car had only a quarter of a tank of gas and was filthy inside and out. I left 2 messages with the service adviser to call and let me know tf the service was completed, and I did not receive a call back. I was not treated as a valuable customer with service above and beyond. It was not even marginal. I'm very disappointed in this dealership.
I dropped my car off and it took about 30ish mins to check in my car due to their new computer system, good thing I arrived early (not techs fault). I asked the tech to keep me updated as I had to goto work after lunch. I called to get the status of my car after lunch and my tech was at lunch and no one could tell me the status of my car. (Techs fault) I had to goto work without my car and pay for someone to uber to get my car and pick me up after work. Wasn't happy!!!
Terrible customer service.
Terrible communication, Poor work or possibly no work done. Immediately sold the car in part so that I would not have to deal with this with dealership and service center again.
Nate is a good service rep. That was the part that got an excellent. The area of the three desks that the service reps sit at were very sloppy looking. it makes you think that Acura has really gone downhill and it doesn't seem to be the luxury brand that it used to.
I had and gave them a coupon for oil change and tire rotation but nobody told me and they didn't do the tire rotation

Service tech failed to tell me about excessive charges for preparing an estimate. I was prepared to pay nothing and she held my car hostage until I went up there and paid her over $200.
