Over two hours for an oil change, then was presented with additional charges for a new air filter, cabin air filter and fuel injection cleaning. None of which was necessary and was declined. I'll be very hesitant to return and certainly will not let my wife take her car there without me.

Worst car buying experience EVER! Joyce, our sales person, lied to us about several things! Even changed the price that we had a written agreement to. Promised 2 key fobs and failed to follow through. Even spoke to the GM, Al Lewis, and he would not stand by what we were told in writing. We will NEVER buy here again. We would not recommend this shady dealership to anyone. Buyer beware.

My car was there for two hours just to get an oil change. They also left my car running in accessory mode and drained my battery and had to jump start it. When they brought it to me, my dash board was lit up with warning lights and nobody even noticed. It was then they admitted my battery died, hence all the warning lights on my dash. Very frustrating.

All was well according to the legal letter but when I picked up the car it had a gouge in the windshield at eye level after being told the car was "perfect", which they "filled" but it's still there. Also, the car tires were out of balance and I will have to take care of that now that I own it.

Oil change and tire rotation. I can't ever get a hold of anyone. I'm always told to leave a message and that someone will call me back. They never, ever do. Horrible service. Lazy service department. Sadly, I won't be buying my next Acura from them.
