You at Carafe told me they had the parts for the 2 recalls available all they did was change my oil. They called me 2/19 after me calling them several times and said they had ordered the parts...today is March 1st NO call yet. So YOUR email alerts aren't truthful either.
Grubbs Acura of Tulsa is by far the worst car buying experience we have ever received. Staff and process of purchase not professional. Was not able to purchase the car we wanted (which was listed on their website) because it was a loaner. Had to settle with a different color and 2024 model which had to be shipped in instead of 2023 model. Paperwork was not ready when we arrived for scheduled appointment to picked the car and had to wait for 2+ hours.
Too many hidden fees. We'd negotiate and get a price we (the salesman, myself, and my partner) all agreed on and then he'd leave and come back with another 'final offer' with a hidden fee that wasn't included in the beginning of the negotiation. How is that fair? Bunch of cheats, but we needed a car that day so they made a sale regardless. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time to look elsewhere or we definitely would have.
Waited three hours for an oil change
This pains me to say, but I need a new auto shop after years of going to Don Carlton/Postoak. Worst experience I've had with customer experience and service in ages. I hope they listened to the feedback I offered.
Unable to get in contact with them after we bought a car. Service department didnt follow through on promise to fix issues they agreed to fix at time of purchase.
My experience with this place was a joke and cost me more than what I expected. I will never use them again for any type of service!
I am very disappointed in the service I received last week. You were supposed to top off the fluids and fill if low. I went to use the windshield washers and there wasnt any in the car at all front or back window. Now I am wondering if any of the other services tire rotation and oil change were done properly? I have never experienced this kind of revise from previous owner. Also, I made an appointment and I had to go inside and look for someone to help with my appointment. Disappointed in the wait time. Was told my part would arrive in 3 days. It was 3 weeks. Called twice, left message and no one returned my calls.
