Carlos was absolutely great. His customer service was superb and the service that was done to my vehicle was done in record time. I'm very pleased and I will definitely return soon to stay current with my vehicle's maintenance schedule. I also appreciated my car being washed.

I was disappointed that I asked for an inspection so I could renew my registration. The service representative took my insurance information and failed to have my car inspection. Also, I am skeptical fo the speed bump that tells whether one needs an alignment. I heard the service rep tell another person the exact same thing that I was told. My passenger side rear tire showed more wear than the other three tires. How does - out of four tires only ONE shows more wear than the other three. Not logical.

I love the fact that I can bring my car in for a recall and not have to worry about transportation because Infiniti offers a loaner program. That way I can at least get back and forth to work while waiting for parts that were on backorder for almost a month. Their service advisors also always have great attitudes and overall customer service. Kept me updated consistently and they actually answered the phone instead of using robots. Great job!
