Ricky Barrow is excellent with caring about Customer service he definitely goes the extra mile . Alan was great in assisting my needs . The Technician didn't do his job correctly and wanted me to have things done I had done already . I would give him a 0 . It had to be done again so I unnecessarily had to have it done again and wait all over again .

Yes, Id decided to have all (4) tires replaced. But, there was an issue with having the tires in stock. So, I was only able to get 1! That, in itself was extremely frustrating. But, to have to wait for the tires to be shipped to the dealer was even more difficult. So, I had to wait for the other (3)! Now, theres an issue with the wheels being located. As, apparently there are over 600 stores in North America & not one of them has the wheels I need. So, Im extremely upset with the Infinity brand & its obvious inability to kee... read more
