Appointment started on time. Justin updated me along the way. He helped me prioritize what needed to be done to my car first. Service took longer than expected but he updated me to let me know.

Memorial Day purchase My wife and I went to the dealership to view a few cars in the lot and both of us ending up purchasing vehicles on the same day. The process and everyone we had contact with could not have been any better. The incentives and promotions were awesome. We couldn't be any more satisfied with our decisions. Thanks again.

Consistently Exceptional Service This is the fourth time I've taken my car in for regular service, and as was the case for my prior three visits, the service was outstanding. Excellent Service During COVID-19 Great service in the midst of a pandemic. Dropped my car off the night before scheduled routine service. My car was ready before the time I requested and was in and out of Herb Chambers in less than 5 minutes. Randy honored the service coupon I left on the passenger seat.

New car I was forced to deal online due to the Covid19, I’ve done done anything like this before, especially for a new car. I was so pleased with James and Scott for everything they’ve done to make this a very easy transaction.

Battery service during COVID times My 2016 CRV wont start y'day. Got jump from neighbor and drove straight to Herb Chambers, Westborough. Its was past 3 already so was not sure if it was open It was open with 35 minutes to closure. They accepted me nonetheless. Checked the battery and recommended replacement. All said and done was out in less than half hour. Jody - the service clerk - was co-operative and courteous. He helped me set for regular service appointment as well.
