Memorial Day purchase My wife and I went to the dealership to view a few cars in the lot and both of us ending up purchasing vehicles on the same day. Excellent Service During COVID-19 Great service in the midst of a pandemic. Dropped my car off the night before scheduled routine service. My car was ready before the time I requested and was in and out of Herb Chambers in less than 5 minutes. Randy honored the service coupon I left on the passenger seat.
It was easy to make an appointment. When I got here I was greeted promptly, the maintenance was explained well to me, and the work was completed more quickly than expected. I am very satisfied.
New car I was forced to deal online due to the Covid19, I’ve done done anything like this before, especially for a new car. I was so pleased with James and Scott for everything they’ve done to make this a very easy transaction.

Battery service during COVID times My 2016 CRV wont start y'day. Got jump from neighbor and drove straight to Herb Chambers, Westborough. Its was past 3 already so was not sure if it was open It was open with 35 minutes to closure. They accepted me nonetheless. Checked the battery and recommended replacement.
