The best service! Just wanted to drop a quick note to compliment James Bulger and Scott Sundlie at your Westborough MA showroom. I've been getting cars from James for over 20 years, and he is the best! And Scott was terrific as well. I got an Accord EX-L hybrid, and it is fantastic. Excellent Experience From arrival to departure...I was VERY Satisfied with how I was handled. I was immediately taken and addressed warmly. The work I needed done was explained. He broke it down in an easy and understandable way as well as broke down the costs for me. The area was clean and inviting. The time it took for my car to be finished was minimal and accurate. Professionalism at its best! My husband and I spent many weeks looking for the perfect car, with all the bells and whistles that one can get in a car, but most importantly at a good price. Excellant service provided by professionals that truly care From arrival to departure everything goes like clockwork. Work that needed to be done was explained as well as the costs. Truly no pressure sales I came in to look at and possibly purchase a Honda CRV EX-L model. I had shopped around and it was between Herb Chambers and another dealership. I worked with Norman and he was truly a no hassle, no pushy salesman. Car buying gives me anxiety and usually immediate buyers regret. This is the first time that I didn't feel hassled no regret my decision. I am VERY happy with the whole process even during the whole COVID crisis.
