Probably the fastest service I’ve gotten in a while! I was in and out in 2.5 hours! That’s not much considering all the servicing I needed done on the car and the fact that there were so many people servicing their car, too! Peter was super awesome to work with!
Everyone was wonderful and easy to deal with. Outstanding care of the customer. I was treated royally by all including David Yang, Matt in service as well as James Bulger. Will be back in three years for my next lease.
Service What a great experience.. Very informative .. Kept me advised and finished job before estimated time.. Needed a part which was ordered appointment made quickly covered under warranty very happy. I will continue service at this location and will recommend to friends and relatives.

Quick, Responsive Service Excellent, Responsive Service. Randy was very knowledgeable and experienced. He clearly explained the performed service and projected service without overselling. The dealership does not seem to "encourage" the service advisers to overall sell maintenance. Excellent service is a major factor in our new car purchases. Our other car is a Mercedes ( bought at Herb Chambers in Natick) and we may change brands because of the their overzealous service selling.

If you're going to get an airbag replaced this is the least painful way to do it. I also had tires replaced at a surprisingly competitive price.
