Very professional and considerate The service I received from my Service Advisor, Justin Sbrogna, was great from start to finish! He was professional and thoughtful, and he worked with me carefully answering any questions I had. State inspection and Oil Change Ended up with additional tasks and higher costs e.g. Installed new Battery, Installed new Air filter. These items are quite expensive compared to other places, but I wanted to stay with Honda genuine parts and quality!
Very efficient and convenient. Great service at this dealership. I especially love the shuttle service, the free snacks and water. They make what is usually a dreadful experience (waiting for your car to be serviced) into an enjoyable one!
Faster than I expected! I called in the morning, booked an appointment for that afternoon. Service was excellent, I expected to wait for at least an hour, but my car was ready in a little over 30 minutes. Very pleased, thank you!
I came in without an appointment and I was able to get the needed service within an hour and a half. The service technician I dealt with was excellent. I forget his name but he has been excellent every time I have dealt with him.
