bad fuel injectors My check engine light came on first thing Monday morning indicating there was an emissions problem and I was on my to get a sticker. Herb Chambers took me right away and replaced all the injectors and I was on my way in a few hours with no charge as it was under warranty. I could not be happier
We didn't have to wait for hours. This last experience was the best in the 4 years we have been coming in for service. Jody greeted us and was very efficient. He estimated a little over an hour and he was "spot on". When the car was ready he explained all that had been done and the results. We will ask for him again.
Recent service appt. It was my first time meeting Jody. He was very efficient and thorough with organizing my car repair. Unexpectedly, we learned of a repair that required attention. Jody was very helpful explaining the issue and facilitated getting it repaired while I was there the same day. I drive a good distance to this dealership as I find the service to be excellent. Service department is Excellent!! A+++ Service adviser Patrick Army is amazing. He worked quickly to diagnose our 10 year old Honda with rusting exhaust, kept us in the loop on status, and clearly explained what was needed to fix the problem. Price quoted was extremely fair, accurate and all work was completed ahead of schedule- Super FAST!!! I highly recommend Patrick and the Herb Chambers Westboro service center, they keep both of our aging Honda vehicles (10 and 15 years) working great!!
