Epitome of Professionalism This past Monday my wife and I met with David Yang at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough to inquire about purchasing a new 2019 Honda All wheel Drive CRV. Excellent service I just purchased a new Honda from this dealership. I went there because our service on my previous Honda has been excellent and I have been very satisfied with Honda and with the Herb Chambers dealership. Sy Smit, our sale representative answered all of my questions and the sale discussion was very comfortable. Toan Lam also made me very comfortable as he discussed our warranty information.
Recall service I was in for a recall service. The ease of the appointment making was wonderful. The duration of the service was a lot shorter than expected which was also a nice surprise.
