I Love my new 2018 Honda Accord Touring I'm so excited to be a Honda owner again. I bought a new 2018 Honda Accord touring it is beautiful and my experience with everyone at the dealership has been excellent.
Friendly and professional We appreciated the time and attention that Aaron Nguyen gave to us. Also, the staff that dealt with us on the day of the purchase and on the day that we got our inspection was friendly and professional. Timely Once you get the car to the dealer, the service area is responsive, keeps you posted and does work timely. Those answering your calls to make an appointment are less than friendly. I think it's poor practice to have your technicians ask for the highest score possible and then tell you what happens if they don't get a high score. Let the experience speak for itself.

Car service after one year of ownership 4172 miles only HRV My service was thorough and well explained in advance and at the conclusion of the service. Jerry incorporated my requests for them to check the ceiling attachment of the seat belt in the rear, and he explained, in response to my question, the best way to care for my car battery when I don't drive a lot and also when the temperature is very low.
Walk-in / drive-in service ( no appointment). Terrific service! Accepted vehicle and service request without prior arranged appointment. Also performed addional work in the time I allotted for the initial request. Helped me with any concerns I had, monitored progress and had vehicle staged for my pickup.
