Great sales team David was very pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable, professional, and felt no pressure to buy a car. Toan was also very professional. Didn’t try to push any of the extra service he knew we didn’t wanted. But yet took the time to explain them all. My wife and I walked in knowing what we wanted and left with exactly that. A brand new car with a deal and experience we will never forget. Best dealer experience to date!
Very easy to make appointment. I brought my CR-V in for an oil change. It was very easy making an appointment. I was impressed with the ease of pulling in (remodeled) and check in. Peter checked me in and was very nice. He explained what was going to be done and how long it would take. Very comfortable waiting area.

Sales Excellent service from the sales staff. Finance was great as we’ll. But Mike Kelly was outstanding. I would definitely return to this dealership. And I would recommend Dealership to friends.
Bought a new CR-V I purchased a 2019 CR-V and am in love with it. David Yang was a great salesman and answered all questions and worked excellent with me. Toan was exstremely helpful in explaining my purchase and financing and Bill listened to my concerns and personally dealt with me to make sure I was happy and treated fairly. I can't say enough about my relationship with Westboro Honda
Manager is not helpful to his team member and customer. Jose Rodriguez (Sale man) is very nice and helpful at his level, but he also need some helps below his. However Manager did not jumped in to help if his team is having problems. Manager needs more training to help his team to server better to customers.

Great experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough This wasn`t my first time leasing Honda Civic, but it was first time to lease it from this dealership. I`m g lad I did.
