CRV oil changet The service personnel were very pleasant, washed my car, snack area well provided with snacks & drinks for our comfort. Didn’t remove the seat stain though I asked the attendant, he ran in to the garage but maybe for a different reason then my small stain... o well, maybe next time.
Good customer care Randy was the Service advisor - did a good job in explaining the options. Ended up with large bill but I think you gotta spend to keep the car in good condition. The renovated facility is huge improvement. Courtesy drop/pic also works well
Quick and easy It was an appointment for the recall software update. Matt greeted me and explained what is going to happened. He called shuttle service to get me at my work while the car in service. Once completed I was picked up bu shuttle car again. Very convinient. Thank you so much.

Honda accord maintenance Always get great service at herb chambers. Everyone is always very nice and personable and prices are reasonable. The work that has been on the facilities are coming along great and are very convenient.
