The service took about twice as long as expected but Tristan the service rep, on his own initiative, made significant recompense for the delay. I have been very satisfied with the service at Herb Chambers of Westborough.
Jen the service advisor was pleasant, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. The person picking up and dropping off the car was courteous as well. The facility was clean with enough space and ample parking.
