Sales aside (which is top notch), my service consultant is 5 star - professional, courteous, knowledge, con-do/consumer centric brand ambassador. That attitude is shared amongst the entire staff from the moment you drive in to when you drive out. I would hire Schneider for a customer facing position in an instant. In essence he becomes the reason to buy another HC Mercedes.

I had an excellent experience with the service department at this dealership. The staff was highly professional, friendly, and efficient. As soon as I parked in the garage, I was promptly greeted and escorted to the service desk, where I was offered coffee or water. My service advisor met with me shortly after, and the entire interaction was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership for service needs.
