I’ve been working with MB of Boston for 10+ years . All is excellent. My latest experience was with Schneider who was most professional and absolutely excellent in every way. Car was delivered on time with no muss or fus on my part . Mr Schneider L handled it all.

The vehicle was brought in for 40K maintenance, two outstanding recalls, and one software-related problem. A loaner was provided, and the experience was very pleasant and satisfactory. Everyone was on top of things from the moment I arrived at the service area. The welcome staff, service technician, and loaner staff all welcomed me and provided their best service. Very professional. Changed oil, updated software and lent me a car when the software took longer than I expected. When the work was finished Schneider drove my car to my home and picked up the loaner. Super service.
