We had an excellent experience at this dealership. The entire process was smooth and actually pleasant. Eric LIlchenko was professional, knowledgeable, transparent and kind. It is the first time I don't "hate" dealing with a car salesman; he was not pushy and never tried to convince us of anything. He presented facts and let us make our own decisions.
