Jimmy is quite literally the best advisor we have ever used. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain in detail what is going on with the automobile as well as options. My experience with Mercedes Benz of Boston was amazing and it’s because Eric was my salesman. I purchased a car from out of state and Eric went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable through the process that he helped make surprisingly easy. We flew in from out of state to pick up the car. Eric was warm, welcoming and very accommodating. He took us on a tour of the facility and even took pictures for us.
