Eric Ilchenko was my salesman at MB of Boston and I can’t say enough great things about him. I traded in my vehicle for a cpo GLC and he made the process so seamless and easy. He was transparent, honest, and super friendly. Probably the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Also shout out to the business manager Paolo. He didn’t pressure any warranty extras and allowed me to decide which option best suited me. Overall great experience.

Very easy and impressive service. Worked with Patrick J. who made sure my transportation and questions were fulfilled. I was able to drop off my vehicle and get it serviced without having to sacrifice time away from my day. To make it better they even washed my vehicle, leaving it spotless saving me more time and money from a stop at the car wash! Great work guys ! 🚗
