After hitting a pothole I blew out a tire on my car and had the vehicle towed in to Mercedes Benz of Boston. Both tire and wheel needed to be replaced and special ordered. Schneider in the service department did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. Picking up the car was easy and efficient. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and courteous. Excellent experience all around.

Traveling up east coast from DC, we had a tire issue on our C300. Pulled into MB of Boston at 5 PM on a Friday. Guillermo and team were very accommodating, graciously took on the issue and were able to replace the tire and get us back on the road in 90 minutes, saving our trip. Very grateful!!
