I finally asked Mercedes-Benz of Boston to replace the 3-cylinder engine in my 2009 Smart Car ForTwo, after about 120,000 miles. The car had a misfiring cylinder 1 for too long, and the car. could not make it home one night. I contacted the service manager that I had worked with for 15 years, and he put me in touch with MB roadside assistance. Service advisor Ryan was amazing. I had wrecked one of my tires and damaged the other. Ryan quickly confirm the tires were in stock was able to get my car right in arranged for rides For me to a really important appointment and had the car completed in the same day. Amazing service. The dealership was nice and clean and Comfortable to wait for service. I highly recommend this dealership.
