I enjoy going the Somerville Dealership because my car advisor Schneider values me as a customer. He sends service reminders constantly and goes above and beyond to help customers. He is very professional and kind. I had a station wagon Bentz and just purchased another one.

I've been dealing with Patrick for years and the dealership in general for over 20 years. It's expensive but that's more a function of Mercedes itself. The availability of a loaner vehicle is a major plus.
