Schneider Limose, my service advisor, consistently goes above and beyond. I had major recall work done on my C300 that I anticipated would take 1 month to be fully repaired. Schneider was able to ensure it was done within 3 days and I got the car back detailed/ washed and looking brand new. The cars are nice— that’s a given at Mercedes— but the service experience with advisors who put in the effort is what sets this place apart.

I have taken my G-wagen for 8 years now and have been very pleased with the quality and consistency of the service. The service writers are great and I can sometimes meet with the mechanic to discuss recommendations for future upgrades.

I got in a minor but scary accident and needed my tire and rim fixed asap! I always use Matt Murphy when I need any service done I called and he got me in the very next day. The mechanic who is also Matt was very nice and empathetic to my situation they made sure to test drive it to see if there was any other damage and luckily there wasn’t! Matt Murphy also went above and beyond and did the best to buff out the scratches on my car himself! It was all around a great experience for a bad situation!

I purchased my 2014 C300 new from Mercedes-Benz of Boston. Although I live in Metro West, my Mercedes has "always" been serviced at the Somerville location. Why you may ask, it's because of people like Michael Robinson and Patrick Titshaw the Service Representatives. They are prompt when I arrive, if needed, provide a loaner vehicle, they go over all aspects of my C300 that need service in detail.
