Excellent Customer Service This was my 4th vehicle purchase at this dealership over the years. My past purchases were handled by Doug Prince, who has always made my experience in purchasing my Mercedez-Benz easy and satisfying. On my most recent purchase, I was serviced by Dextral Harris. Dextral was excellent in listening to my desires and structuring the details of the purchase to my satisfaction. As usual, I had a great buying experience.

Easiest, most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had! Blown away by top notch customer service! This is my first experience with Mercedes. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service and care. Shola Bolomope was wonderful. He offered to have the car we were looking at brought to us. I couldn't believe that! He made the process of trading in and buying a car so easy. We started the process at 3:30 in the afternoon the day before leaving town on an early flight. The level of service since my purchase has been AMAZING! I highly recommend Park Place and Shola.
