Experience exceeded expectations The experience exceeded expectations. We had planned to visit Park Place and 2 other dealerships, but after spending time with Charles Lane, we made a purchase decision within a few days. This was the only dealer we visited. Awesome Experience We faced some issues with a car we bought at another Park Place Dealer and were told we could not go to Mercedes Grapevine. After talking to Scott Najjar we were reassured we could and that they would up hold the Park Place name and level of service. He was right and we will always call Scott Najjar first when looking for another car. We found not only a Parl place representative but a friend!
