Most informative and best car deal I contacted Connor because he had picked up my account after my original salesman left the dealership. Over several days Connor answered all my questions while at no time pressuring me to come in to press me on a sale. When we decided to make a deal, Connor took care of all the paperwork without having to deal with an unknown finance manager. Overall, if you want someone who is the epitome of customer service, seek out Connor.
Excellent Experience at Park Place Mercedes I highly, highly recommend Malcolm Hodge if you want an excellent sales and customer service experience.
