Blown away by top notch customer service! This is my first experience with Mercedes. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service and care. Shola Bolomope was wonderful. He offered to have the car we were looking at brought to us. I couldn't believe that! He made the process of trading in and buying a car so easy. We started the process at 3:30 in the afternoon the day before leaving town on an early flight. The level of service since my purchase has been AMAZING! I highly recommend Park Place and Shola.
My first Mercedes We highly recommend Park Place Motorcars Grapevine and especially Scott Najjar. We live @ 110 miles from Grapevine and actually have a Mercedes Dealership in our town but Park Place Grapevine was highly recommended for purchase of a Mercedes.
