Awesome Experience We faced some issues with a car we bought at another Park Place Dealer and were told we could not go to Mercedes Grapevine. After talking to Scott Najjar we were reassured we could and that they would up hold the Park Place name and level of service. He was right and we will always call Scott Najjar first when looking for another car. We found not only a Parl place representative but a friend!

Quick and fast Help me select a vehicle, demo'd his selection, gave me a tour of the dealership after my purchase, explained the leasing/purchase process, spent 30-45 min(s) - give me a hands on explanation of all of the vehicle features... Great salesman!

Lance Oujesky got excellent knowledge on GLE 350 Recently I purchased GLE 350 at Park Place, I would like to Thank Lance Oujesky , he is really awesome, his knowledge on GLE350 is grt, He explained me all features of the vehicle and answered all my questions with patience. Thanks Jayanth.

Bought a vehicle They are just wonderful.!!!!! Joe DeLoreto was fantastic.. The concierge Christian O Reilly had all the answers to my questions, programmed my gate and my garage and was very knowledgeable.

NOT very good service knowledge I bought my S350 from another dealer. Took it to Park Place Grapevine a few times. After a scheduled maintenance I noticed a strange residue on the trunk of the car. I took it a couple of times back to have it cleaned and finally spoke to the service manager who couldn't point what the substance was. I was promised a tank of fuel for the inconvenience and never got it. A few months later had to add blue tech additive. When I removed the spare tire there was A LOT OF ADDITIVE SPILLED ON THE TRU... read more
