Great car at a great price We went there 4 times before we pulled the trigger on the car that we wanted. Dextral Harris was our sales rep and was very patient through the whole process. Should diffently recommend this place to all my friends and family.
Pleasant Car Buying Experience Working with Dextral Harris and Park Place Grapevine was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend if your in the market for a Mercedes Benz that you make the drive to Grapevine. We had to bring the car back to have the seats and exterior protection applied and a couple of minor fixes and the service department and Joshua got the work done and followed up during the process. 5 Stars to Park Place Grapevine!
8/10 would recommend. Good but not perfect. Over all good experience. The reason I give a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is because they tried to slip something under the radar at signing which has the contract up in the air at the moment but otherwise it was positive. The sales man I worked with was phenomenal. He seemed to really work to find something that worked for me. 8/10 would recommend.
