Superb Team! Doug & Dustin are the perfect team. Doug has sold me every MB that I have purchased from PPM. Doug instinctively knows exactly how to deal with me and fulfill my needs, including working to secure the lowest finance rate, which I have not been able to beat anywhere. Dustin follows through with a complete rundown of the vehicle's features and follows up to be sure all your questions are answered. Top shelf service coupled with old-fashioned friendliness will keep me coming back to PPM for all my automotive needs.

Better car buying experience There was no pressure from the sales person. Even though we bought a used SUV they were very courteous and professional. Would buy from them if there is another need.
Excellent!!! Best customer service! This is my second experience with this dealership and it is the only experience a person should have when purchasing a vehicle! This process was so smooth, I didn't even realize I had completed the process until I was handed the keys!! Dereck P you are the best!!!
Professional touch Dealership was pretty thorough in everything from the time we visited till the sale & walkthru was completed. Follow up was good & they tried their best to keep the experience good. Only one area they could have done better is although I did not finance thru them they ran a hard inquiry anyway & so did the finance company. Now, I have 2 of them.
