Blown away by top notch customer service! This is my first experience with Mercedes. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service and care. Shola Bolomope was wonderful. He offered to have the car we were looking at brought to us. I couldn't believe that! He made the process of trading in and buying a car so easy. We started the process at 3:30 in the afternoon the day before leaving town on an early flight. The level of service since my purchase has been AMAZING! I highly recommend Park Place and Shola.
My first Mercedes We highly recommend Park Place Motorcars Grapevine and especially Scott Najjar. We live @ 110 miles from Grapevine and actually have a Mercedes Dealership in our town but Park Place Grapevine was highly recommended for purchase of a Mercedes. Service Experience Brandon Collins was great! Very helpful and polite! My service provider was Mitzi Cranshaw. She was extremely rude and disorganized. I had my car in for a quote on the breaks & decided not to have the service performed to the price. I live over an hour away, being that it was 4pm when I received the quote. I asked to return the loan car the next morning when they opened. She advised me that, "if we had known you were going to do this, we wouldn't have given you a loan car. Couldn't be happier! My review is focused on our sales person, Sarah. Car shopping is not one of my favorite activities, especially with an infant and toddler in tow. Sarah was a tough but fair negotiator, and made the car buying experience quick and painless.
