A great experience in buying a new car! We were referred to Tony Bedford by friends. Our experience from start to presently has been nothing less than great! We went in with a specific SUV in mind and decided we should consider other models. I share that remark to say that it would have a been a quick sale but they patiently took the time with us to make sure we got the car that was right for us. We love it. Excellent customer service throughout the dealership.

Park Place Mercedes-Grapevine warrants a five star rating! I moved to the DFW area from New York State. I owned a Mercedes when I arrived, so I brought my car here for service. Excellent Sales/buy experience Want to thank and commend Thomas for taking extra steps to assist and guide us in our sales process! Great Job Thomas. We've been very happy with the choices presented, and easily deciphering the numbers in a complex lease transaction (and with old lease turn-in). Pleasantly surprised! When I walked into the dealership, I wasn't convinced I even wanted a Mercedes. Once I was introduced to Corey and his assistant, I can say the GLE350 I purchased was based on his professionalism and intent to please my requested needs! Would gladly refer to anyone I know! Oh, I love my car too!

Vehicle selling and purchasing experience Joe was very nice to me on the phone and in person. He helped me sell my previous vehicle and purchase my current vehicle. I was very surprised with my purchase; was not expecting to get a used vehicle that was almost practically new. He was very polite and answered any questions or concerns I had. I definitely recommend him if you sell and/or purchase a vehicle at the Grapevine Mercedes-Benz Dealership.

Great Overall Experience Charles was very informative and easy to work with. We liked the sales experience which was different from most pothers we have experienced. All in one place with no extra push or pressure. This is our first Mercedes and due to ther overall experience with Charles and the rest of the crew there at Park Place in Grapevine, we will definitely be looking again there when the time is right.
