Ron McBride took the time, at the very end of a long day, to show my Wife, Daughter and I a number of cars, never rushed us and ultimately we ended up finding the perfect car in a far corner of the lot. If Ron hadn't been so patient and helpful we would probably not have purchased, (or would have bought a lower spec car).

We have been with Marty Marshall as a family for many, many, many years and when recently I needed to purchase another vehicle, we didn't hesitate to give him a call. We were aware that he was working at Park Place, so I was nervous because I thought it would just be something way out of my price range, by just hearing the name. Since my credit is not where is should be, I was also nervous I wouldn't be able to get one in mine or my husband's name. Doug and Charles were excellent! Easiest car buying experience I have had. No hassle gave very fair dollars for my trade in, and an excellent value on my purchased vehicle. I live in Plano 30 miles from Grapevine, Charles delivered my car to my home in Plano and explained the many car features. I needed more dollars for my trade in and Doug had that taken care of when I was returning the car after having shown it to my wife. They even got me 5 year financing at 1.54% - I would highly recommend Doug and this delaership.

I wish I could put "xxxx YEAH!" on the question, "Would you recommend this dealership". Before I get started with the PHENOMENAL service that the Grapevine Benz Crew provided, I have to tell you about how I am. I like to look poor and oblivious because I enjoy watching how people treat other people based on appearance just to get a laugh inside. I visited and tried working with another pre-owned sales rep at another park place and it was like night and day working with Mani Yassan. Mani was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions with a smiling face. Well the other park place did not get my business and I called and expressed my disappointment with their services.

I was honestly impressed with every aspect of my car buying experience. The second I entered their showroom it is was obvious i was dealing with a 5-star operation. From the exquisite showroom to the professionalism of all estaff at every level. Doug Prince delivered! I told him what I was looking for and before I knew it I was in the car.
