I can't say enough good things about this Dealership and the people that work there and the Manager!!! Mr. Cline and Mr. La Penna who is the manager are HONEST , TRUSTWORTHY people. My young son moved done to Dallas after graduating college, he was trading in his old Mercades for a new one. I did the whole deal on the phone from New Jersey. I must say Darrin delivered exactly as I requested. I came to the dealership for my A service on my 2009 C300 and left with a 2013 C250. Darrin called me the day before my appointment to request some time to show me vehicles and made a subsequent call to me after my arrival at the dealership unaware that I was there. We purchased a Mercedes ML320 in 2001, and it was a lemon, encountering major repairs for years. However, it was a delight to drive, excellent on road trips, off-roading in Colorado, ultimately accumulating 214,000 miles. Dealership Overall - Exceptional . Clean, well kept, probably the best I have ever seen Over 2 months since I bought the car - excellent experience thus far. Doug was great. I used the USAA car buying service and had pre-selected the model, color, etc. Doug found the car and had it ready when I came in. One test drive later and we were filling out the paperwork. Process was very easy, no surprises and a very fair price. Can't complain!

I was scheduled for service on my current vehicle when Kevin presented an opportunity I could not turn down. This makes the 4th new Mercedes from Park Place, 3rd from Doug Prince. Each time has been hassle free, he has gone the extra mile to make it a great experience each time.
