I bought a ML 350 from Don in December of 2011 and had such a great experience that when it came time to purchase a used vehicle for one of my son's, I couldn't think of anyone I would rather deal with than Don. He did not disappoint! He is a true gem who takes the pain out of buying a vehicle. I currently own 5 vehicles and have purchase many vehicles over the years - simply stated - Don is the best of I have ever seen!

When we first visited your dealership we were looking at cedrtified pre-owned vehicles. Scott went out of his way to try and find something my picky wife would like, unfortunately nothing in inventory matched her taste. He followed up as any great sales person would to try and get us back into the dealership. Tom Titus was great. He met us outside. I explained what I was looking for and we chose a vehicle within 20 minutes. After driving around DFW looking for a vehicle this was such a relief. The showroom is spectacular. The service we experienced was without exception. My 11 yr old said on the way home,"Daddy, we need to tell everyone about Tom and they should buy there cars only at Park Place.". Not kidding. Doug Prince worked with me to get a deal made on the car I wanted at a price I don't think would have been matched at any other local dealer. The vehicle was ready to drive out in one day from the time we first talked about it. All paperwork was ready to complete the sale when my wife and I arrived at the dealership , with a finance rate that could not be beaten either. This is the second car I have leased from Doug Prince at Park Place Mercedes. I am very pleased with the service I receive from both Doug and the dealership. The transaction was handled in a professional manner.
