This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Doug Prince. Doug is an excellent salesperson, very professional. He doesn't pressure you. He answers all your questions about the vehicle you are looking at. He worked with me in getting me the best deal. Doug's assistant Charles did a great job in explaining all the new systems in the vehicle. I appreciate that Doug and Charles call to check on my new purchase.

I have been working with Russ for several years now and have purchased 4 different MB from him. He has always done an excellent job of working with me to get a good price on the cars and explain how the car works. On my last purcashe Russ spent over a hour explaining all the details of the car. When we were done I had a very good understanding on how the vehicle operates/functions. From the moment we drove in to look at cars for our daughter, we were cared for beyond every expectation I had of a dealership. Scott was very accommodating in showing us vehicles, and we quickly settled on one that would work very well within the financials that we had for this purchase. This was my first Mercedes experience [got a new E350!!!] and it was incredible. We are both very business professionals and Corey Bedford was great to work with - very few phone calls then emails, texts, etc. really made it easy. This dealership has good people and great service. Doug has been attentive to our family needs even after the vehicle has been purchased, No sales tactics, discount was given and I didn't ask for it. They came to my work to assist me with understanding a couple features I did not understand. Very good product and the dealership backs it up. Doug and John Picnic were good to work with.
