my experience at the dealership was easy and relaxing with no pressure. Mr. Palmer advised me on the options available for the Mercedes=Benz GL550 that I was ordering. He took plenty of time to explain which option was important and those that were on a secondary basis. He spent quite a long time with us and i never felt rushed.
