Russ was thorough in explaining the products we were interested in, and Mario was equally thorough in his explanation of the process. Both men are friendly and easy to get along with. They exceeded our service expectations. We would recommend them, and Park Place Motorcars Mercedes Benz Grapevine, to all our friends who are in the market for a luxury automobile.

It was a true pleasure to purchase our car from Lance. Lance was quick to find cars that matched our exact specifications in terms of price, size and mileage. We felt like he was working to make us happy, not push something out of our budget. Lance patiently showed and rode in a number of cars until we made our selection. I came in to trade in my 2012 GLK for a CPO 2011 E550 coupe. I worked with Kat over the span of around 3 months as we narrowed down my vehicle of choice. At first, I was trying to decide between a C250 coupe or an SLK 250. Kat was very patient in showing me both models and allowed me to test drive whatever I wanted. I found a used Jag XFR that I liked on cars.com. I called and Mani checked to make sure it was still available for me. I placed a hold payment on the car so that I would be able to fly out later in the week to purchase it. Since I couldn't just drive over to see the car, I had a bunch of questions about it.
