Dealership was wonderful. They bent over backward to make the process quick, to give us a good deal, to help the car get home, and to make us happy withg our purchase (replacing warped screen on our radio). We had a WONDERFUL experience with Park Place Mercedes-Benz Grapevine. We were on our way to the Lexus dealership next door, and decided to stop by. Jonathan greeted us right away. Mr. Don Vaughan was very friendly and professional during the entire purchasing and training process. He obviously knew the E350 model car operating and demonstration procedures very well. I was assisted by Lupe Frausto and Mario Pinney in my purchase of a 2010 C300. Lupe was extremely helpful and attentive. He listened to me and didn't push(too hard) when I told him that I wanted to visit a dealership down the road to test drive another vehicle.
