Just $how me the money!!! Purchased a 2015 E 400 coupe in November 2015. After I took it home I noticed a ticking sound in the front right wheel. Three days later I wanted to return the car and purchase a new vehicle. Scott and his manger would not allow me to return the vehicle. Scott said he wanted me to have the car with the "red" interior. Oil nut or something was not tightened after oil chnage Have bought 3 cars totaling $120k and have had them services there as well. Today, I found that the entire oil was leaking due to a drain plug or something not tightened properly. Oil was lies king while my wife drove it and while it was parked. Waiting for a tow truck to take it back to see how much damage is done to the engine. Very disappointed and will probably have to go to fret lengths to get this corrected.

Warranty not honored I had a very frustrating experience and I will go to great length to avoid this dealer in the future. I brought my Mercedes Sprinter RV in to have the A/C system checked. Sure enough they found that the system was 0.5lbs low in refrigerant. Unfortunately, I had to pay for this repair as it cannot be covered by the manufacturers warranty as this is a "conversion van". Worst experience ever! Bought a used car at night, when we got it home we found out it was not the model listed on the window sticker. It was missing several features they typed out saying it had. We had to bring it back where one of the used car managers told us this happens, they take the customers word on the model when they trade in a car. ( I thought they would be experts.). Condescending and Rude Let me preface this review by saying, I am a intelligent, highly educated, patient and sweet business woman. The salesman flat out lied about features on the vehicle to get me to come there. Oil leak on my MB E320 cost me $4,000 On June 9th, 2014, I brought my 2008 Mercedes E320 Bluetec to Park Place in Grapevine to repair an oil-leak from the oil cooler. About a week after we got the car back from Park Place, we noticed the engine check light was lit. A scanner indicated code U0106, 'Lost communication with the glow plug module'. ML 320CDI turbo service workmanship Once repaire is done customer have no way to know how all the parts were installed unless we have issue to work agin in same area, installation was discovered by another service center of faulty and bad workmanship dealer service person has straight refuse to take responsibility in 5 minutes, so I will never recommend anyone to have any service at Grapevine location.
