I had posted a negative review on what was a very frustrating situation, but I’ll tell you what, the dealership stepped up (specifically The elusive Paul and Clyde) and delivered 110%! ….and turned the matter around in less than a day! This is why I keeping coming back to this dealership for every car purchase and the service! Nothing guarantees against a few bumps along the way, but ultimately this team delivers over and over!

Cadarrel provided exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end. Not only did he provide us with a wealth of information, he also was available to us when we had additional questions. He made our transaction run smoothly, and even surprised me with a red bow on top of my vehicle upon delivery. I’ve always wanted a red bow on my new car, but he had no idea. From start to finish Jake has great. Response was timely and thorough to any questions or concerns. I had something unexpected come up and couldn’t make it in to the dealership. Jake delivered the vehicle and paperwork to me 40 miles from the dealership and made the whole transaction seamless.

I chatted online about a GLS450 and thought we were close enough to drive in. The car I had picked was a 7 seat config instead of 6, but Dyan found another one that was perfect. We were able to get to a number I was happy with and made it work. I was impressed that I was offered packages but it wasn’t high pressure. Paperwork done and out the door. I can’t think of anything that would have made the experience any better. I’ve told several folks about the dealership, and to ask for Dyan. She did a great job.
This is the finest dealership I have ever done business with and I have been buying cars for sixty five years. This is my second car with Mercedes of Grapevine and it will not be my last.
