Payton Dotson, Sales Experience Manager at Grapevine Mercedes Benz is 1000% the man to see. I stopped by several months ago, not really serious about trading as I already had a relatively new SUV (another brand). Honestly I was not 100% happy with what I was driving and interested in the GLC, just to see how it felt compared to the one I had. I love my new car! The dealership was beautiful and “Val” was incredible. Great communication - follow up - not pushy or overwhelming. DD & Marco helped me purchase my vehicle and were wonderful however we did have some hiccups with one of the managers Dereck he was quite unpleasant and we were not planning to come back after our interaction with him however DD did a great job of providing excellent service and ultimately helped me purchase a car I loved !
