This dealership is welcoming and friendly…. from the new car showroom to the service department.
I chatted online about a GLS450 and thought we were close enough to drive in. The car I had picked was a 7 seat config instead of 6, but Dyan found another one that was perfect. We were able to get to a number I was happy with and made it work. I was impressed that I was offered packages but it wasn’t high pressure. Paperwork done and out the door. I can’t think of anything that would have made the experience any better. I’ve told several folks about the dealership, and to ask for Dyan. She did a great job.
This is the finest dealership I have ever done business with and I have been buying cars for sixty five years. This is my second car with Mercedes of Grapevine and it will not be my last.

I love my 2025 E450! Basel Abbas was great in guiding me through the options and process, and the service has been outstanding. Much better experience than buying a BMW for my wife at Sewell.
