Late last Saturday, I decided to change my car… yep at 2:00pm knowing that the dealer was closing at 6pm. I was hesitating between a Benz GLE or GLS and a BMW X5 or X7… I started my shopping at Benz because I was always been impressed with their luxury & German engine package… my shopping needs to be done by myself and my wife walking down the lot :) no help is needed at that time. Everything was smooth and Dyan was really helpful and flexible with the whole process. We really appreciate the extra effort she put in for us and recognized what was important for us. Even though the dealership was really far from us we were glad we did business with them. All smiles all the time!
