Dyan H. Is so helpful - knowledgeable of all Mercedes. She helped me pick out my new 2025GLC -which I love ❤️. She is very understanding & her word is gold. That’s the type of a sales representative u want helping u decide on a Mercedes. She is honest as well - can’t ask for more - love how all was handled at this dealership! From start to finish Jake has great. Response was timely and thorough to any questions or concerns. I had something unexpected come up and couldn’t make it in to the dealership. Jake delivered the vehicle and paperwork to me 40 miles from the dealership and made the whole transaction seamless.
I am just shocked at the drop in the service level over the past 3 years. Last visit for scheduled maintenance, my service advisor suggested that I purchase a pre-paid scheduled maintenance plan for the next couple of services. I have been reaching out to the dealership for over a month now (Calls, voicemails, texted and even stopped by in person) and keep being told that the elusive "Paul" will get in touch with me!.
